Denise Mussell developed chronic pain at a young age, and her own experience with physical therapy guided her to choose this field. Denise connects with her patients’ pain and decline in the quality of their life – she wants to bring them hope and relief from the downward spiral of chronic pain. Independence, freedom from and/or management of chronic pain are the cornerstones of her philosophy. Patient education can empower them to take back a measure of control they often feel they have lost. Their smiles are her reward.
