- We monitor expiration dates of your insurance authorization, the limitation of the number of visits and prescription expiration dates.
- We fax initial evaluations and progress reports to your physician before your next follow-up appointment with your doctor.
- If indicated by the therapist, we will obtain prescription renewals from your physician.
- We will electronically bill your insurance carrier on a weekly basis.
- We collect daily patient co-payments to avoid having you remit large copay balances.
- We have a dedicated patient advocate to assess needs and follow through with insurances.
