Horizon Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation specializes in research-based physical therapy, work conditioning/hardening, functional capacity evaluations, women’s health, vestibular/balance rehab, sports medicine and performance and aquatics. In a quest for quality and freedom to practice with out restrictions of hospital bureaucracy and the cookie cutter treatments; in late 2009, Horizon Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is born. Even with minimal staffing, the small outpatient clinic grew steadily as our reputation for personal service and excellent care grew beyond Great Lakes Bay area community.
We have since opened our Flint location, which brought Dr. Adams and his years of clinical experience treating patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal problems to serve the Flint community. As a result of their commitment to quality care and to fostering strong community ties and relationships, the company continued to grow and flourish. By the end of 2012 our location in Saginaw was established. Dr. Peachera also a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Spinal Manipulation Therapist, with over fifteen years of clinical experience joined the team.
Our east side facility was then established to better service the Bay County residents. Due to our quality care, one on one treatment with all the conveniences of a big corporation but with a personal touch, Horizon is constantly approached by therapists and other community leaders to expand beyond the current area we serve. It is very humbling and gratifying to be the choice of the physicians and earn so much trust from the people we serve.
Horizon Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is taking therapeutic techniques such as Osteopathic approach to Manual Therapy, dry needling, industrial rehab and aquatics, as well as customer service, to the next level.
